Registration Information
Please complete all required fields in the online registration form and submit the abstract of your contribution. Note that registration and abstract submission are separate processes. Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email within a few business days. For inquiries, please contact us at j2ifam2025@uva.es.
Types of Communication:
- Oral Presentation: 12 minutes presentation + 3 minutes for discussion
- Flash Talk + Poster: Up to 3 minutes to present an overview of the poster content
- Participants may opt to present in both formats
Abstract Submission Guidelines:
- Each contribution must include an abstract formatted according to the provided template.
- Abstracts should be written in English and submitted in editable Word format.
- Each abstract must not exceed one page.
- File naming format:
SurnameName_Contribution_J2IFAM25.docx(replace "Contribution" with "Oral" or "Flash"). - Send completed abstracts to j2ifam2025@uva.es in .docx extension.
Important: After completing both Registration and Communication surveys, please email your abstract(s) to j2ifam2025@uva.es.
